Do your products come with a guarantee?

- Since we only sell Brand New products, all our products come with the manufacturers guarantee.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

- 99% of our customers receive their order the next day. However as we are in the hands of the couriers this can sometimes be 2 days.

What if I'm not happy with the product that I ordered?

- If for what ever reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return the item back to us within 14 days for a full refund. Your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the box with all cables and manuals and be in a resaleable condition. 

Which Couriers do you use?

- We use Interlink ,Fedex ,DHL UPS ,UKmail and Parcel force.

How do I know if my order has been processed and dispatched?

- You will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been processed and a separate e-mail to confirm that it has been dispatched. You will even tracking details so you can track the parcel online yourself

What if I want to order over the phone?

- Please call us and one of our account managers will take your order over the phone.
