Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your new order with a reference number and status of your order (whether your order has been processed or dispatched). Once your order is processed and dispatched you will receive another e-mail with your online tracking details.

How Much Is Delivery?
A Standard Delivery charge of £7.00 is applied to all orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire) and are usually delivered in 1-2 working days. All orders for £500.00 or more will enjoy FREE SHIPPING! (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). On larger and heavier items such as Printers / and some fax machines it may cost slightly more but you will be notified before your order is processed.
Delivery charge for Overseas orders will need to be agreed before your order is processed.
How Long Before I Receive My Order/s?
Products ordered before 5.00 pm on any business day excluding bank holidays (Monday - Friday) will be delivered within 2 working days anytime up to 5.30pm. (Please note we do not deliver on saturdays unless agreed by us prior to order being processed).Should the item not be in stock you will be notified before the order is processed. Digiphone and our couriers will make every effort to achieve the above.
However on occasions where the above is not met for what ever reason/s, Digiphone will not be held responsible.
Should you place your order on friday after 5pm, saturday, or sunday your order will not be dispatched until monday morning.
Who Are Our Couriers?
UK mainland addressed orders are sent by Interlink Fedex DHL UPS UKmail and Parcel force. ALL parcels must be signed for so please arrange for someone to be in on the day of delivery.
Should no one be at home when our couriers try to deliver your order then a card will be left for you to call to arrange re-delivery or pick up from their depot. ANC & Business Post and Parcel Force will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you willl be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days.
Should your parcel not be collected within the 5 days then it will be sent back to ourselves. Upon receipt of your item we will refund back to you the full amount minus £13.99 for the original charge and admin charge.
